Morayfield Electorate helps flood-affected school students in Ipswich

State Member for Morayfield, Mark Ryan MP has today delivered donated stationery items to the students of the Ipswich North State School.

Mr Ryan said, “I am extremely grateful to all the people from the Morayfield State Electorate who donated stationery items to this very worthy cause.

“Donations came from people all over the Morayfield State Electorate and in fact from all over the Caboolture Region and all over the world with donations even coming from New Zealand MP Nikki Kaye.

“Many of the families connected to the Ipswich North State School were severely affected by flooding and these donated stationery items mean a great deal to those families.

“The hundreds of pens, pencils, books and other stationery items will make a big difference to the students of the Ipswich North State School.

“Thank you to State Member for Ipswich West, Wayne Wendt MP, for coordinating the delivery of the stationery items and thank you again to all the people who opened their hearts to support these school students who have been affected by the recent flooding events.”
