Break and enter, Morayfield

Police are investigating a burglary at a pharmacy in Morayfield this morning.

Preliminary investigations suggest that at around 5am a car was used to smash the front of a shop on Morayfield Road. The car was then reversed out and the occupants entered the business and searched through stock on the shelves.

Some products were scattered on the floor but it is unknown if any products were stolen at this time.

The intruders fled on foot leaving the car with the motor running.

Police investigations are continuing.
