A police officer has been injured while responding to a reported disturbance in Caboolture this morning.
Around 8:40am, the male officer attended the Cadaga Place residence where he was approached by a dog and bitten on the arm.
The officer received puncture wounds to the arm and has been transported to Caboolture Hospital for treatment.
The offending dog has been removed from the address by another agency.
