Shane Moon discussing CBEC and the departure of Dennis Chiron

See CBEC statement below podcast.

CBEC Statement:

It is with regret that I can confirm that both Dennis and Marianne Chiron have resigned their roles at CBEC and have now completed their service.

Most importantly, we would like to express our very best wishes to Dennis and Marianne and bestow on them all of the strength and fortitude they will need to ensure the road to recovery for Dennis is swift and uncomplicated.

Dennis’s health issues have been an enormous concern for some time and no doubt the associated frustrations impacted his relationship with a very concerned Management Committee.

We must reflect on the fantastic contribution that both Dennis and Marianne have made over almost eighteen years here in Caboolture. Whilst their departure is sudden, we must always remember what they have given to this organisation and to the broader Caboolture Business Community.

Many of us are, and will always be, indebted to Dennis and Marianne for the help and inspiration they brought to the members of this great organisation.

In the short term the Management Committee has invited current Vice President and well known local business person Geoff McKenzie to accept the challenging assignment as Acting General Manager.
