Unlawful wounding, Beachmere


Police have charged a 16-year-old boy following an incident at Beachmere last night.
  

It will be alleged around 7pm the boy became involved in an altercation with a 36-year-old Narangba man at a Moatha Drive residence.  

During the altercation the man sustained a knife wound to his stomach.  

He was transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital for treatment.  

The 16-year-old will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justices Act 1992
