DETECTIVES caught two teenagers as they were getting away from an alleged armed robbery of a store in Caboolture.
A police spokesman said two detectives were nearby grabbing a bite to eat around 7.15pm yesterday when they spotted the pair.
The detectives arrested the teens and came to the aid of the tobacco shop employee, who was not hurt in the incident.
The boy allegedly fought with the employee while the girl stole money and cigarettes in the store on the corner of King St and Matthew Tce.
The 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
