Update 0800 01-06-2011: A 50-year-old woman critically injured in a two vehicle crash at Bracalba yesterday has died.
Preliminary investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit indicate that at around 7.05am a utility and petrol tanker collided on the D’Aguilar Highway
The driver and sole occupant of the utility, a 50-year-old Burpengary woman, was cut from the wreckage and flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital where she passed away yesterday.
The driver of the tanker was not injured.
Investigations are continuing.
