The Bruce Highway just south of Bli Bli is currently closed due to a traffic crash involving a car and a caravan.
Initial reports are that the gas bottle in the caravan has exploded. No persons were injured.
The southbound lanes of the highway are blocked with traffic being diverted down Bli Bli Road towards Bli Bli or via Nambour to Forest Glen.
