The Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS) has received multiple triple zero calls about a fire burning off Masjaken Court at Murrumba Downs.
Fire crews are on scene inserting fire breaks in an attempt to contain the fire. The fire, which is about one hectare in size, is not threatening any property at this time.
Motorists travelling in the area may be affected by smoke haze and are urged to drive to conditions. If residents are concerned their property is under threat, they should call triple zero (000) immediately.
