An 81-year-old Donnybrook woman has died following a serious traffic crash that occurred near Caboolture this afternoon.
Information suggests that a hatchback has collided with a sedan around 2.00pm on Pumicestone Road.
The crash closed Pumicestone Road for some time, and the woman was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane Hospital where she died a short time later.
The other driver, a man, was transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital with minor injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
