Letter To The Station: Donna's water issue

Just a quick note with regards to Donna's water bill situation. After me contacting the ombudsman a few weeks ago, on Donna's behalf , I was advised today by Unity Water, that under their hardship plan, some of Donnas bill will be waived. 

It will basically halve. Donna will be getting a letter over the next few days advising her of the new amount. I contacted Donna this afternoon and told her of the outcome , and told her that unity is mailing out a letter today in regards to this matter, and she should receive it by Friday, or Monday at latest. 

I will contact her to make sure she has received it in a few days , and hopefully work out a suitable payment plan to enable her to keep in front. 

Donna was extremely happy , and a tear was shed as she thanked me. Even though this has taken some time, is really great when you have a win like this.
